　   超声波清洗机是由超声波发生器和超声换能清洗槽组成，由发生器输出超音频振荡电功率，经换能器将电功率转换成超声机械振动，清洗液在超声振动下，产生具有数千个大气压的微核波，形成液面与被清洗面间的高速核气流，使粘附在被清洗件表面的各类污物剥落，从而达到清洗的目的。利用超声波清洗具有清洗速度快、效果好、不损伤零件、减轻劳动强度、节约成本等优点。目前，超声波清洗机已渗透到国民经济建设的广阔领域。

　　Ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic energyconversion rinsing groove.The generator exports ultra-tone oscillation electric power. The transducer turns the electric power into ultrosonic mechanical vibration. Under the ultrasonic vibration,the cleanuout fluid produces micro nuclear wave with thousands of atmospheric pressure,forms the high-speed nulcear air flow between liquid level and the cleaned surface.
